Freesat box - is this really true?

My Satellite Setup
2x Pace 2600 C1 (in a box just in case) , 3 x Humax HD Foxstat (2 of which in store as spares) . 3x Manhatten Plaza - Pasat 2.4 PF dish mounted on flat roof with Invacom C120 quad LNB .

On a certain well known auciton site there is an HD Sat box badged as Logik which claims to be the same as a Mantatten HD-S - Is this actually true??? - and if so are all the features of the HD-S available - ie tuning to non freesat channels?
 
The Freesat spec. requires a non-Freesat mode to be available.
