Here is the problem, we install satillite dishes here on the costa blanca, we purchased some grundig freesat boxes, I then set one up and everything worked fine and it allowed me to install things like Sky news C4+1 and other itv regions, Great!
Now here is the problem, got another one out of the box and yes, I could store SKY news and other ITV regions but although it would find C4+1 and I could watch it in the preview screen however it would not store it to the non freesat list? so I got another one out and the same, I have tried 4 more boxes all with the same problem.
The only difference was I stored C4+1 on last tuesday evening and then when I installed 3 boxes for customers on Friday that the problem showed. If I we install the box with the post code etc It will go off and find it again, I can preview it but it does not store it to the list.
Hopefully someone knows the answer
Ps on my first box C4+1 is still in the list and you can select and watch it.
