Freesat Humax Foxsat HDR failed recording problem

Over the past couple of weeks we have been having problems with our Humax Foxsat HDR Freesat receiver failing to record some programmes. When going into the media list to play back a recorded programme it shows as Failed to record but gives no other reason. I've checked that both LNB feeds are connected OK and checked the signal and quality strengths and they are both very high.

Up until now its been mainly cbeebies stuff that's not recorded but now we've had worst case scenario, desperate housewives failed last night so I've now had to hide all sharp objects from the wife!

Anyone any ideas how to stop this from happening ?
