I need some technical help about Freesat:

Is BBC iPlayer and ITV Player work in France on Freesat box or on SAMSUNG tv (build in sat and smart tv) ?

i need a Freesat box build in USALS, DiSEqC, PVR and catch up Tv.

someone could give me some idea please ?

None of these services will work in France, unless you can sort out a VPN so that it appears you are in the UK.
 
Best thing is to get a router with DD-WRT firmware so you can set up a VPN account with someone offering UK IPs.
