I agree with Channel Hopper.
It is quite likely it isn't the box which is the problem, but a fault somewhere in the rest of the installation.
As well as the things already mentioned, damaged cable or one affected by water ingress should be considered.
Is it a pre-existing dish etc, or was it fitted for you under the scheme? If the latter, get them to put it right!
