Freesat v7 no astra 28.2e

Hi. OK I'm aware that the box I have is quite dated now but it still works.

Anyway I recently did a factory reset but after doing it I can no longer find astra 28.2e in satellite list.

I tried to manually add the astra satellite using the following settings.

Name : Astra 2e

Longitude : 60.00e

Lnb Freq: universal 9750-10750

It's got me really confused.
Can anyone help?

I can't find any operating manuals, for a Freesat v7.
Can you please post your saterllite dish setup? Single Dish, Motorized dish, multiple LNB's?
Can you upload some pictures, of the Freesat v7 menu options, and setup screens?

Never heard of a v7 but if it was able to receive HD channels then it should still work. Is it a Humax box or is it something unofficial?

Years ago had the V7, V8, V9 receivers.....previously GT Media traded under the 'FREESAT' banner.
