Welcome to the forum.
You only list a Sky dish, in your profile, which is Astra 2, 28.2E, so you need to set your receiver for a fixed dish, Astra 2, 28.2E.
Can you post any pictures of the receivers menu options?

This actually isn't a Freesat Receiver, but another of those generic Receivers with a misleading brand name.

So you might tell us if all you want are the UK Free to Air Channels or if you're looking to receive other Satellites too.

If it's the former, you'd be better off with an approved Freesat box, all of the current authorised variants being listed at the right margin of the following linked page

Hi ....
Menu ..
Satellite installation ... here you can set lnb settings - universal 9750 - 10600 is normally used
In the satellite list - highlight satellite no 14 -- 28 .20 E --(listed on mine as Eutelsat 28) ... click ok .. a tick should now appear next to the sat
press blue button for scan options
for a single transponder scan press Recall button

same process for other satellites when using a fixed dish

a good little box once you get familiar with the menu system :)

If the box is secondhand you might have to go into the setup section of the menu & make sure that any multi satellite options are turned off.

Update the firmware if it is the original.

You might be better off with another box if you have family that uses it.
