Anyone know if it's possible to use a freeview or SKY card in a PC setup ? i.e the pc equiped with some sort of pc-satellite-receiver compatible with a card ?

Thanks.

Not unless there is a pc satellite card that accepts a Dragon cam

There are DVB-S PCI cards with a CI CAM as an accessory.
Check for example the Hauppauge Nexus-S (rather expensive) or other models which have a CI CAM slot and see if, as Topper has suggested, they would accept Dragon CAM.

Yes it is possible and real simple. You need a SS1 or SS2 (DVB-S PC card) or similar, a phoenix programer and some software, namely newcs and winCSC.
Newcs needs to be started by telnet and correctly configured newcs.xml.
You also need to configur winCSC.
