just purchased a new tm5402 hd reciever but the scrambled channells are freezing fairly regular. is the problem with the software? i have 1.12p software installed aug 2011. or is it my connection? i did a speed test and my upload speed is 1.7mb and upload 0.2mb.or does the problem lie elseware ie my cline provider?any feedback would be helpfull thanks
