The FTA French channels are on Atlantic Bird3 at 5 deg West
Which in particular of the 600 or so FTA Arabic channels in the skies above were you looking for? as there are a very limited number available on AB3 and a lot of them are C band so would require different equipment

Check out Flysat.com, lyngsat.com and kingofsat to see which channels you want,which satellites they are on and which transponders.
Once you know that, you will be able to check out what size dish/es you need from the footprints, and get the appropriate hardware. A motorised dish maybe the best option, but possibly not.
