Fsd system - sky q help please

im the maintenance electrician for several flats and i just got this message regarding one of out blocks of flats, advice please.

"Love Digital installed an upgrade here so residents could get Sky Q, and there is a problem with the electrics. “He has advised an amp will be needed but due to it being an FSD system it is not something we are able to complete.”

what sort amplifier would i need to get?

I don't think you need to do anything, except find out if there has been access to the roof, or any restricted area without authorisation from the owners of the block.
