Thanks for answering my questions three weeks ago. Unfortunately the information supplied was not enough hence it's ans.

How can I add Astra 2 28* East, Hotbird 13* East, Hispasat 30* west to my receiver to enable me receive FTA channels.

I have FTA
1.SRT4653x Strong Receiver that futures viaaccess,irdeto,Free,
Seca,Poweryu, skycrypt,conax,Alphacrypt
2. 60cm Digital Space Dish
3. SRT L738 single unversal Ku-Band LNBF
I/P FREQUENCY RANGE:
LOW BAND: 10.7 ~ 11.7 GHz
HIGH BAND: 11.7 ~ 12.75 GHz

• L.O. FREQUENCY:
LOW BAND: 9.75 GHz
HIGH BAND: 10.6 GHz

• O/P FREQUENCY RANGE:
LOW BAND: 950 ~ 1950 MHz
HIGH BAND: 1100 ~ 2150 MHz

Is there any special software I might need?

You can forget about Astra.
Not sure about Hot Bird 13E and Hispasat.
You will need a very large dish just to test if you can receive these satellites.
Suggest to concentrate on receiving the satellites that are receivable in your location with a normal dish size about 1m.
 
In Lagos you have no chance of Astra 1 or Hispasat. Hotbird may be a slight possibility if you have a big enough dish, although I rather doubt it on any sensible sized dish.

Im afraid you will have to make do with whatever is transmitting into your area - you are a long way from the footprints of most satellites. You could try Sirius 4 at 5E - theres a west African beam just been activated with half a dozen channels on it.
 
Have you looked at the C-band channels available for your region ?
 
And a little additional information, you don't need special software for FTA channels, just a big enough dish to receive them.
