You can buy a brand new receiver with remote and all the bits and pieces for £40 from almost anywhere now, add postage to the auction price and the cost of a remote and you'll be paying more than that. Pretty sure that they are useless without the remote as well.

If it's £15 and £8 carriage with no remote and no warranty,I'd rather get a brand new one with a years warranty.


I actually bought that model from Argos a while back as it has a sensitive tuner. Works well for me at 35 miles from the TX and that's with a ropey rooftop aerial.
