Is it possible that you might need a free to view card as well as a normal SKY card?

How much is a FTV card?
 
A subs card will be able to receive all FTV channels anyway.
Documented as £20.
 
No - a subscription card gives you the same channels as the ftv card. An expired subbs card turns into an ftv card

20 quid.
