FTV problems

Hi
I have a legitime Pace sky DigiBox and a Sky "yellow house" card from when I lived in the UK and subscrived SKY.
I moved to Portugal and installed an antenna but I can not view ITV, C4....
I am able to watch BBCxxx and all FTA but not the FTV.
The message that shows on ITV1, for example is something like ".... to subscrive call...".
What is wrong with my card? Do I need to upgrade software? Do I need to call Sky? Will be able to active FTV without a phone line attached to the box?

Has the card ever been activated?

If not you will need to call the number and try and activate it (pretending to be in the UK of course), however no one seems certain if you can still activate FTV cards or not.

If the card did work in the UK before, how long has it been since it was last used (well last in a digibox that was connected to a dish)?
 
If the card was working in the uk before you came over,then the card has probably been de-activated.This happens if the box has been disconnected after about 4 weeks.If so,leaving the box on for at least 4 hours will activate the card again.
