Full System Reset

Hi Can i do a full system reset on my Pace 2600, i am living in Denmark no phone lines connected to the box, i also use a FTV card to get ch 4 and 5
+ sky 3 the card is married to the box.

Would this help my problem with missing EPG`s and could i ruin the box, i have a good signal to 11778 v 100% signal strength and 90% signal qaulity on this transponder.

I have tried many forced updates on this box, and it wont update itself.

Maybe i got the name wrong on this one, i mean under the installers menu, i think its called new installation.
Can i do this without a phone line and not ruin anything?

Does anybody know?

Pull the plug out the wall, leave it 10 minutes, then plug it in again - this will reset the box, and load the epg from scratch.
