i have a smart card and a smart reader (netsignia 210)

and windows xp
and i have no programs and i dont know how 2 program this card 2 hopen channels on the hotbird
so plz any one tell me what i have 2 do !!

cardmaster usb will do it, or any one of much more expensive usb programmers.
