Seems to be Catholic religious based from what Ive seen so far. Transmitting fta in Portuguese. "JPII" is obviously a reference to pope John Paul II who died about 7 or 8 years ago.
I think its part of the Cancao Nova operation as the logo is the same - it doesnt show up very well on the screencap but its the CN dove logo.
