...I came across an article that explains how to add an optical output to *some* Galaxis receivers. nb. Their example looks *exactly* like mine.
Just 'Google' "DVB-STB Rev 1.2" (including inverted commas) and take the first hit.
The English translation is a nightmare to use, as you'll find out. <eg>
The good news is that the instructions live up to the British stereotype of Germans insisting on perfection in their technical creations.
The photography is superb and the instructions are concise and clear.
Hope someone has use for this.
