Where can i find a more detail footprint of GALAXY 27 ( TELSTAR 7) at 45.1° East because the official site of Intelsat : -http://www.intelsat.com/flash/coverage-maps/index.html is not very clear ?

Seems that Intelsat offers detailed footprints but only for customers: https://my.intelsat.com/
You could try to contact them and ask for access.

The data channel currently on 12107H is certainly very weak here (UK East anglia). I get just a blip on my spectrum analyser. No lock, although it shows the symbol rate OK.
