Last night it was very cold. That was predicted, so, I did not plant anything in the greenhouses yet.

I have planted tomatoes and cucumbers in the old greenhouse. There is still some place for paprika.
In the new greenhouse made this housing for temperature probes (guess what discs I used for that).

All my hot and superhot peppers (34 plants) are in the ground

Collected more than 1 kg of hot peppers and put them to fermentation jar.

Nice RimaNTSS mine still need to ripen all still green, apart form the purple ones Buena Mulata, they grow really quick, they will turn red eventually if ya let them.

Hello guys, long time no post, but still regularly reading the forum.

Am a little proud of my work with the pond arrangement in my garden in France, hope you like it :O)
A source feeding it, cold clear water from deep inside mountains.

Harvested about 5 kg of hot peppers and, like last time, started the fermentation process. After some time will try to make hot sauce.

As I did not have glass fermentation weights, made them out of INOX Different sizes for different openings.
