This is normally a really good shower, best i find from 12 midnight on really, just need the weather which as usual has misted up unfortunately.

1.2Mtr Polar MTG yes it has been on the arc for 35 years and is now fixed on 13 East using two pairs of rusty molegrips. Unlike me they never groan but always perform.

Perfect clear night sky here, just seen my first one coming from the NE, just wondering how to photograph them though

Not had a chance, on cue the cloud rolled in,

Think I saw two actually but one was more like a faint trail that a bright shooting star
