H guys...I'm getting a little worried..ordered my dreambox on e-bay on friday and have not head anything from the seller after sending him 4 emails and trying to contact him on the phone..have any of you had dealings with a german e-bay shop...world of satellite..seller= multimediasat ? or am I just panicking...somebody ease my mind 240 euro is a lot of sheckles!!!!

Also, I had some instances where the ebay message system did not work, try sending a mail directly.

Paid instantly...paypal protected (thank god) sent direct mail....just frustrting when nobody replies...I have contacted e-bay..waiting on their reply

Well, as you are protected by Paypal you are ok. If you PM me the auction number I could have a look at it to see if he writes anything about the transaction - maybe something in the German text might give a clue.

hes very trustworthy mate, multimediasat. I ordered a stab hh120 motor off him and it came. He never replies though. It came within a week

Well, there is nothing to suggest that this is a fraudster. Just give it a few more days, try to call him. The site looks serious, all the presentation points towards a kosher shop. Don't forget that last weekend was a long weekend due to a religious holiday, so may people went away starting on Wednesday last week only to return late on Saturday. If you don't hear within the next two days or so you can still withdraw the Paypal.

You wouldn't believe how grey mate...I dread going to the barbers very little black left these days....on a good note though I recieved a mail from the seller today apparently he was away buying more boxes...so my one in is transit as we speak...

Hi jg..
What image do you recommend?(for 500s)..After reading thru loads of different posts on different forums I'm bit dazed..Am I right in thinking that there is an image that will open S*Y with an authorised card?..and if so will it give everything or just whats available with the free to view card ?..already have a cross over cat5 cable, null modem usb to serial cable. just waiting for Mr SDS to deliver my new baby..wifes going to be pretty pissed off by end of next week when I keep disappearing off into the TV room, I'll have to earn some major brownies over the weekend....

Better going for a gemini 2.90 for the 500. I have one with newcamd & Gbox.
I would delete newcamd out of the box and install evocamd 2.11 because of tps/multivisions. so giving you gbox for your sly card & evocamd for the other.
