am looking for a polar mount for a gibertini op125l. not been able to purchase one anywhere online

Thanks for the links but tried both sites. This is the issue with the Greek site is that it does not send to the uk. The Italian site is no better with them requiring a tax code

This website says a codice fiscale is free to obtain: How to get the Italian Tax Code | YesMilano
That would be the official way, to do 'business' in Italy.

I've heard of people generating a (fictive) codice fiscale themselves, for an internet order in Italy.
You could generate one, e.g. here: Codice Fiscale Generator

I'm not sure why it is needed for a simple transaction as an internet buy; it might be just some sort of bureaucratic requirement, without real consequences? Or to check your date of birth?
I have never tried either way myself, though...

Why not offer collection with your own courier ?

The Italian site should do, otherwise ask the manufacturer for a suitable code, or supply direct ?

Yes I have a polar mount but its on a 125 gibertini and is like new so prefer them to go together at £120

thanks but i picked up one up including 18" superjack actuator vbox 2 and a c120 inverto lnb but did have to travel for it. but thanks for the offer

Found the full setup on social media sales page for £200 2 weeks ago. Had to drive to near Stoke to collect. Now that we have a break in the weather and a. New 76mm pole delivered I will get the chance to install today

Yes mine still on TM2600 and been working well for years now so don't see the need for polar mount?

Finally got around to installing my Gibertini OP 125L on a new Technomate-2600 MK3. Now working a treat! :) Few pictures of my install which I thought may be useful for others. The first think I will remark on is the build quality of Gibetini. All feels way better than I'm used to for...

If the dish is in an exposed position the actuator drive will have a better chance of operation in poor weather.

A polarmount often allows counterweights to be added in the event the user goes for something substantial at the sharp end.

The receiver tuner is not used as a power delivery and should provide a better signal path by bypassing the DiSEqC motor circuitry.

Additionally a polarmount can be adapted to inclined orbit.

I would be happy to let you see the final setup. Weather pending should hopefully have it done in a few days. The reason for changing was to do with high winds where I live plus issues with mounting the dish on the TM2600 mk3
