Tests performed on same antenna showed Gigablue UE4k cannot see some channels, but my Gigablue Trio 4K has no problems. Some examples below.

Eutelsat 5W
NRG 12733V 29500 8/9 This channel on Gigablue Trio 4K has snr 70% -----Gigablue UE 4K snr 0%
6ter same frequency as above same results as above

Eutelsat 7B/7C
Corallo Sat Main 12549V 2222 5/6 black screen on UE 4k but trio has snr 57%
4U TV 11262H 27500 2/3 Very hard to watch on UE 4K only black screen snr 0.0), but on trio 4k its watchable snr 20%

Eutelsat 10A 10E
ortc 10751V 2061 3/4 zero snr on UE 4k and snr 50% on Trio 4k
Mod_VSAT_AO:pT 10748V 4000 9/10 Zero on UE 4k and trio 4k has snr 75%

Seems to me this fcb tuner its a piece of junk, unfortunatly I have two Gigablue UE 4K the results are the same on both, amazing results on the cheaper Trio 4k.

this was tested on a Channel Master 1.2m and also on Famaval 1,35m offset

I would love to hear what Gigablue has to say about this problem

The fbc tuner does not support multistreams, but the tuner in Trio does (same hardware as in Octagon SF8008).
In your list 5W 12733V and 10E 10748V are multistreams.

That can explain those 2 channels.

But why Ortc and Corallo only gives me black screen and zero signal, are they multistreams also?

Can this be solved with a dvb-s2x tuner to plug in the internal slot?

Thank you very much

The plug-in tuner seems to have same tuner and demodulator as Trio. In theory should work, but can not be sure without testing.

Maybe but the FCB tuner its not compatible with multistream.

I ordered today a DVB2SX to plug inside, it arrives tomorrow, I bet I will watch those channels without any problems.

Update:

Tuner arrived, now I can watch all multistream channels, on 33E, 21,5E, 10E, 9E, 7E 4,8E, 5W and 30w.

The 30w ones all of them glitch/light freezing on UE 4k and Trio 4k
