I have lost all English sky channels is this normal or do I have to download some firmware or something I'm new at this and don't know what to do
 
Do you have a subscription with Sky in England? if so call them on the phone

If however you are involved in a commercial paid card share which is what I suspect I am afraid any discussion of such is forbidden on this forum and you have probably lost your dosh
 
I think your assumption is right, Topper: A quick check on eBay shows that this unfamiliar Receiver comes with "Gift".

Not a Topic for discussion here.
