Well using a European stb in the USA will immediately give you a problem in so much as in Europe we use mainly Vertical and Horizontal polarisation whereas in the USA you tend to use RH circular and LH circular polarisation. What lnb are you using and what is your stb set up for? What is your dish size?
Also are you trying to capture Ku band C band or both?
