My Satellite Setup
Master Focus 90cm .Gigablue UHD Quad 4K on TM 2600 motor. *Tm 5402 HD M3, *Atemio Nemesis. *Not Used.
My Location
Southern England
My GB Quad gave up the ghost today, when I press the remote it either doesn't respond or it runs up and down the menus non stop with the led flashing. Changed the batteries in the remote, did a flash of the box, still the same. Only got it 6 months ago and its been in its box for 4 months.
 
Under Warranty .................... ??
 
I would get in contact with the seller and send it back for repair. Failing that you get a replacement remote from World of Sat for around £20 to try.

Yes, sent an email and been asked what image etc. Did a factory reset, installed a new image and even peeked inside to see if anything obvious.
 
Who imports/supplies GB quads in the UK ?

I got mine from Red Apple Digital on the 30th May this year. I will see how good they are at sorting it and how long it takes. Not over impressed with the Gigablue, maybe fast but compared to Dreambox it looks cheap so maybe I will go for another Dreambox 7020HD V2 or a VU+Du02. I see a VU+ Duo 2 on Fleabay from a well known supplier with make an offer. I offered £400 but it was declined.

Sorted. The supplier has to contact the maker to sort out the fault. All time and then you have to send it back. Took it to a local electronics whizz and within a few minutes he found a dodgy joint on the power supply inlet. Sorted with a new image and it is working a treat again.
