Move it if you feel it should go somewhere else but I did not know where this was going to end up when I started. It is actually a rather good description of a fairly common fault that is most easily fixed bu replacing the tuner daughter board so maybe it should stay so that others may read and say "Oh yeah, my system's doing that."
