I have a Goodmans GFSAT101SD receiver. The sound has irregular, very brief dropouts, maybe once every 30 seconds or so - though they can occur much more often at times. I have reinstalled the receiver and tried connecting it directly to my TV (instead of via my surround receiver and PVR). I can find no reason for this problem. The signal strength meter shows 100%. Is my receiver faulty?
