For may weeks now I have been struggling with browser problems, I have used Chrome for many years but suddenly started experiencing problems causing me to look for alternatives

The final nail in the coffin is that Chrome no longer supports Silverlight and a warning message is now displayed when attempting to watch on Chrome, Silverlight being a requirement of Skygo and Maxthon has developed repetitive glitching when watching Skygo, I really fell out with Firefox some years back thus I am being forced to use IE to watch Skygo. Has anyone any idea why Chrome no longer supports Silverlight? Is this politics at work?
