I Just phoned the shop and told them it still wondn't work, and I said I was using the infinity phoenix mode, they said it can be tricky with that one but it should work with a smart mouse programmer. Dose this make any sense to you?

Yes, as Jimbo said, there is nothing whatsoever tricky with the Infinity USB phoenix, I've used it now for several different phoenix mode applications and it has excelled in all of them.

I have to say that I thought the particular dealer was quite helpful and reliable, but i am beginning to change my opinion.

They seem to be taking a leaf out of the computer industry handbook and blaming everything except their own equipment.

Tell them that you don't want a refund, just a loader card that works, without that the CAM is just a chunk of plastic and metal.

Have we not got any other members in the NW with a Dragon CAM and a working loader card?

This is from the Pulsat web site...

"Faulty items returned for repair or exchange, where no fault can be found, will be
charged an administration fee of £10.00 + Return Carriage + VAT."

If you purchased the cam from Pulsat over the internet or by phone then the 'distance selling' regs may apply. In this case you have 7 days to change your mind and return the goods. Try it on with them.
