Green Screen of Death

I have been running my dm8000 on nabilosat blackhole for the past couple of years without any problem until I added a dvb-c tuner. Since then whenever I try to record from the cable or use you tube plugin the green screen of death appears and E2 reboots. Googled the problem, searched through many forums but to no avail. Don't know what's happening. Any ideas will be appreciated.
 
I'm afraid we don't cover or discuss DVB-C issues here as this is a satellite hobby forum.
 
Change of image could help, for example Newnigma. I do not have DVB-C but have 2 DVB-Ts and they work without any problems.

OK I will try the solution.
 
You need the latest driver to see the new tuner.
Try Dream Ellite image.
PLi is also not bad.
