-What different between H and HU card ?
I have 1 subscribed card . It's a card for a satellite decoder. Is it H or HU card ?

[updated:LAST EDITED ON 15-Feb-02 AT 08:44 AM (GMT)]Have a look at this site http://www.dssfilexchange.com/ and also alt.satellite.tv, there is a wealth of information about H and Hu cards, bootstraps, loaders etc. It would appear that the HU card is an update of the H card, it is stated that some HU software is backward compatible to the H.

Do I presume from your enquiry that you are not in mainland Europe?

Can it work in smart card cloning ?
or Can it work as an unlooper ? if yes, how ?

Sorry but I'm afraid I know nothing about the HU cards or the methods used, ie the unloopers which are not used on the European systems. I reckon you'll find a lot more on the specialist forums.

umm I notice that my card is IRDETO v2.
I have no idea ,is it H ,HU or others card .
IRDETO V2 , Is it carcked ?
Any programmer or unlooper can program or hack IRDETO V2 ?

No, irdeto 2 is not in general use over here yet, there are providers who are looking to change though. Until they do of course, there is no real way of people hacking the systems.
