half ball dish

I read in some sallelite magazine about a semicircular ( ball dish) dish it looklike a doom because I live nearby the sea in high building and the wind is too fast and powerfull most of the year and I'm forced to buy 2 or 3 dishes every year because it get broken from the wind ( of course not mention how many times it get disadjusted and I had to pay to readjust it ) , if any one know about it and where to by please help me, ( apologies for my english )

it's the same shape but with no tracking for the signal and the LNBs is located outside the dish ( surrounding the dom )
