And then they conveniently forget about the deal when the first payment is due. If you do sign up for this deal ask them what the first payment is going to be and when its due out.

Keep an eye on your bank account as these tossers take out more money than they are supposed to and they also take it out when they aren't supposed to. Been there, read the book and i've got the T-Shirt.

Not had a problem with them taking incorrect payments and been with them for a lot of years. The only problem I had was forgetting to cancel one of their free for 4 months upgrades in time and then got stuck with it for the next 12 months, my fault though.
 
After i cancelled last time they offered me my current package for half price for 12 months plus £50 off my bill. They conveniently forgot about the £50. I only found out when they tried to extract the £50+ from my bank account when i wasn't expecting it.

I don't trust them as far as i could throw them.
