hanging on boot

Hi guys flashed my 7020 with Gemini 4.7 booted into setup ok did a sat scan working ok.
But if I reset the box it will only boot into second loader and hang, can do a factory reset by holding the top button and set up again but if I switch the box off it hangs again on boot up any help appreciated
 
try leaving power socket out for a few hours and give it another go
