Have Astra 2A and Eutelsat 28A moved position?

SF8008
DiSEqC motor with 1m dish
Zone 1 @ 28.2°E
Zone 2 @ 28.2°E
Channel Master 1.0m (to be setup)
Channel Master 1.2m (to be setup)
SMR 1224
My Location
UK Midlands
King of Sat are reporting these at:

Astra 2A (28.9°E)
Eutelsat 28A (29.2°E)

Being a user updated website, are these false?

They have also added Astra 2G to 28.2°E, I guess this is in preperation.
 
Something funny going on there, they wouldn't move that far out while still in use.
 
Astra 2A is definitely wrong - the SES centre of box charts show she is at 28.19/28.20 today.
 
KoS has removed a whole load of transponder listings for Eut 28A and Astra 2A so their listing is even more wrong than usual now.

They've even got Astra 2C listings for transponders it can't even transmit on.
 
Sounds like a right mess, I wonder if they will clear it fully and make it up to date.

Previously they kept old data showng but I assumed that was deliberate as a site policy.

KoS have never been the brightest bulb as they do not cross check reports compared to what is actually happening only flysat seem to be on the ball these days.

lyngsat are not bad after a pregnant pause they get there eventually :)

I've tried updating the KoS 28.2E listings in the past to try and get things in order but most of my suggestions are ignored or updated incorrectly so I gave up.

KoS does have great Search features, though.

Exactly! I've experienced the same.
 
Kos is reporting the "missing" satellites and channels have returned. Phew. ;)

Still got the odd 2C and 2G empty frequencies listed though.
