Have new keys but no video or sound

Hello,

I was up and running for a week before the key change yesterday and now even with the new keys installed, I have no video and audio. Could someone help please.

Last year, before major computer work over when the keys changed, I just had to plug the new line or two into my Softkey and I was back in business. Is there more to do now when the keys change?

With respect this is your first post on the forum and you appear to be asking for help for something that you neither describe in your post nor do you show in your profile therefore people will not be able to help you as they cannot guess what you are doing and how you are attempting to do it and experiencing a problem doing it.

What receiver?
