I remember reading about this type of parabolic antenna before - I believe it's a ADE antenna (Axially Displaced Ellipse).
The funny looking sub-reflector "leaves a hole" for the signal to travel down the centre of the feed to the LNB mounted nearer the centre/bottom/rear of the dish.
