Really floored me over the last few days, and especially today - or else it's an unseasonal heavy cold, sore throat, general congestion and a "thick head", and SWMBO is the same! :(

Stopped me doing anything in the garden, the garage (now rebuilding the side I didn't do last year) and general things like shopping - all the things I need to do before starting on rebuilding the dish setups and then actually USING them :(

Anyone else suffering like this (sympathy if you are)?

i get really bad hayfever i have to have injection as well as tablets

ask your GP for the injection its really good, it helps a lot

hayfever and asthma is a bad combo

Yeah at the moment it’s 3 loratadine tablets and 1 fexofenadine tablet. (I am prescribed this dose from my doctor)

I have to split the loratadine over the day and I take the fexofenadine at bedtime along with my asthma medication.

The hay fever triggers my asthma.

I also have some opticrom eye drops.

I don't usually get hayfever to any real extent, but this year seems far worse - and SWMBO does have asthma which makes things worse for her. As for injections, by the time I get an appointment with my doctor then the hayfever season will probably be almost over, but I've just mentioned that to SWMBO and she will investigate - many thanks for that!

OUCH!!! - the only time I had one there was a B12 jab on holiday after I got totally worn out working before I went, and then totally plastered the evening I arrived - it was 2-3 days of total exhaustion before my friends took me to a local doctor for the jab.

PS: don't think I'll mention the location of the jab to SWMBO!

No issues, though I categorically reject anything intravenous, butt or other.

You are on your own.

I think I've got a combo of hayfever and a bad cold, and I'm still laid pretty low after a week of "all this" as I'm not getting much sleep and so, especially this morning, I'm totally "whacked". :(:(

Fortunately I’ve never suffered from it.

Unfortunately a number of work colleagues have milked their sickies leaving me to work double shifts over the summer period for years.

& the World Cup won't help that much this year either (not that I would be watching it, even though I have the time).
