Help Required HDMI CEC probleme with Axas HIS 4K Combo

Hello,

Whether or not CEC function is enabled in open ATV 6.4 or 6.5.
Whether the AXAS is ON or OFF as long as it is connected with HDMI to my SONY BRAVIA KD-65XF7596.

All my other devices connected with HDMI CEC lose the link with the TV.

Is anyone have any idea to solve this?
 
Did you try changing the order of the HDMI connections? Connect the Axas to the highest number HDMI input - if you have four HDMI connectors try it on HDMI 4.

Unfortunately this solution did not work. I found an "HDMI CEC less adapter" on Amazon.
This means that there is no connection on pin 13.
