The signal locks but is very close to 0.0db!!! It seems like at this hour there's too much inclination, maybe some other hour the signals could be stronger. All data frequencies give signal though.

If tracking was indeed only 1 degree, then most definitely my region is not covered at a watchable signal level...

I only have S2 cards so can't see exactly what's going on but here are the plots using a TBS6983. There's something a little strange happening when I adjust the skew from V to H. I'm not seeing the usual effect of co-channel signals. However, that may be due to them being S2X. This signals above ~12.66GHz are all time variant.

The satellite was at 3.72N, 9.94W at the time of these captures.

I scanned the satellite this morning with EBSPro and got cross polarisation on one of the frequencies.
I know the LNB skew is OK as I used a motorised dish where I had previously optimised the skew.

I also scanned it with Crazy Scan and got similar plots to those you uploaded above.
Similarly, I used a TBS6983 card which is not S2X capable.

The picture of the EBSPro scan result is attached below.

Thanks, @moonbase
I found a GS signal on 11475H

10W_Hellas2_11475H.PNG

and the beacon on 11451.5MHz RHCP. There are also a few other pulse signals, much lower in level, in the range 11.4-11.7GHz hor., along with some transponder noise over parts of that band.

Does anyone know what the coverage map of this satellite is?
About 5dB is the best signal I get in my area. I found 8 trps, four on each polarity, difficult to lock even with the 6903x card. The best card for this kind of signal with S2X problems and extension is the one with the SiLabs demod. It handles weak and fluctuating signals better. With such a card it is enough 2.3dB to lock the signal in some situations.
With the IQmonitor app, I could lock all muxes even if they have an S2X extension.
