Maybe they are going to move Hellas Sat-2 to 26 east & Badr-4 to 34 east ? or the other way around cannot be long now for HS-3 to take over all transponders @ 39 east.
 
Maybe its just a generic id seeing as Hellasat was sold to Arabsat a few years ago?
