It looks like a great forum but a minefield to work my way around as a newbie :)

Hello from South Wales, I used to be a member of Sat Dudez many years ago, but left all the tech work to my great friend Sataffman

It is with regret that Sattafman (Steve) died approx 6 weeks ago after a short illness

I believe he was a member of this forum also.

I have a Dreambox 7000s and had all my services from steve (sattafman) so my Dreambox is redundant now, so i'm trying to find help and info to get me up & running again :)

Oh well rant over..............got to find my way around this forum, if any one can help with advice please PM me

Hi monkieknuts, welcome to the forum. Sorry to hear of your mate's passing. Can't recall anyone of that user name on this forum, and I've been here for yonks. Maybe he used a different monicker.

Plenty of advice on Dreamboxes here, take a look at the section dealing with them and ask away if you have any questions.
 
No users of the Sattafman moniker in our database. However welcome to our friendly little forum monkienuts.

Wrong forum I guess I knew he was a mod on a sat forum. automatically thought it was this one !
