Help buying new tv?

I'm looking for a new 37" LED tv, budget around 600quid. Must have internet tv (bbc iplayer, YouTube) USB port, SD card port Freeview HD, picture in picture option. has to be 37" only have a box room.

Can anyone help? Thanks!
 
Seen a 40inch in asda for 300.00 might not have all the whistles but you could buy a decent stb with the whistles
