have a Force digital receiver:dish at 19.2E(fixed).What do I need to pick up the French packages?Apparently there is conax & viaccess embedded in the receiver,but there those who tell me I need a seca CAM to receive canal+ etc.I'm desperate for an honest opinion and advice.
