help in digitall world receiver

I have a "digitall world" receiver model SFT-5010
I need to know how to upgrade it, I've read that I can upgrade it manually and via a "loader" program
in fact I have no idea about both ways.

can some body help me to do so.

Dear Friend first of all go to www.allstb2000.com or www.allstb2000.cjb.net and download the software of ur receiver. then u will need a data cable to connect ur receiver to computer. its RS232 cable the rest is simple.

I opened the link but I could not find the software for my reciever I saw some tables and information like "Use SoftcamTool V11.exe" but what this means?
