Recieving this little cluster and possible beacon in linear H at the moment but could be Circular ?. Satellite seems to be residing at around 5.5° - 6° East, seems to be stable and not in inclined mode as it has not moved after an hour or so of monitoring. There might be something residing in one of those carriers for somebody with a better signal level ?.
