help me in 250s cubecafe

I bought cube cafe 250s and I installed the nabilo image, after this I lost time shift and recording capability. I want to have the original image 2.15 back. I used flash tools and installed db_2.17 then the official image 2.17 but after booting I found that I have the previous image (nabilo) didnt change
help me in fixing this problem I contacted the manufacturer and this is their reply:'
Hi, sorry not good news to you
> We don't know the outside software at all
> We can not help to you
> Please check by yourself

My Satellite Setup
7KuQuads in T90 13/19/28/40/45/53°e(still tuning 5/26/36+1CirTwin/60/75°e) + Inverto, MTI, Smart 0,2 dB LNBs.

Don´t blame anyone than Yourself if You violate the Warranty of a product. Since You bought a quality receiver, I don´t think Your violation is serious ;-)

This receiver is very userfriendly and has a lot of supporters trying different images on it to see what suites them better...

I have got a 400s myself but don't know the ¨step by step procedure¨ by heart in order to restore the original image or an alternative one.

It´s possible to download descriptions or read on-line however.
